Body Core -- Strength-Stretch-Stability - designed to emphasize the working of the mid-section and make a difference from head to toe through body sculpting exercises.

Body Works - This is a high energy class that combines cardio and strength.  75 minutes of body work that will promote fat loss and create stong toned muscles.

Boot Camp - This is a fast paced, high intensity, high impact class that is sure to get your heart rate soaring.  It will include many different cardio training drills.  Expect to work hard.

Cardio Fusion - Saturdays are instructors choice.  Anything goes in this class.  It will include cardio and strength.

Cross Training - Cardio conditioning (with an emphasis on athletic drills) and strength training using body weight, free weights, body bars, medicine balls and bands.  This is an advanced class.

Hi/Low & Strength - Floor Aerobics combined with strength training.

Karate-   Traditional Shotokan karate. Perfect for self defense. Classes for all ages.  Beginners welcome.  Please visit sister site MARS HILL SHOTOKAN

Kickboxing - Take it at your own pace.  In a short time you will become a powerful punching and kicking force.  60 minutes of intense martial arts movements to sweat off the pounds.

Pilates - Core strength, stabilization, increasing the body's ability to allow the muscles to work together as one unit is the focus of this class.  A 15 minutes stretching and cool down session at the end.

Power Lunch - Toning and strengthening of all major muscle groups from the shoulders to the calves.  It will also include balance and core work.

S.A.S.I. - Step and strength intervals.

Senior Step - This class includes a cardio session with or without a step.  Strength training, abs, and streching at the end.

Shape - This class will SHAPE your body using intense kickboxing moves and strength training using free weights, body bars, and bands.

Silver Sneakers® - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand held weigths, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Yoga - This class will be a series of poses connected to strenghten, tone and improve flexibility in the entire body.  Each class will have a "theme" to focus on particular body parts.  Please bring 2 blocks, a strap, and 3 blankets.  Mats are provided, but bring your own if you would like.

Pinian Ki - Pinian Ki is based on an Okinawan group of katas that have been modified for exercise and balance as opposed to typical martial art combat. Katas are prearranged sets of motions designed to utilize various self defense movements. There are ultimately five katas in the Pinian Ki series. Pinian Ki is very similar in concept and application to the Chinese martial arts system known as Tai Chi Chuan, more commonly “Tai Chi”. Like Tai Chi, Pinian Ki is designed and intended to give the practitioner a thorough workout involving stretching, strength, agility, and dexterity.  Please no Shorts.  Wear Sweat pants or if you perfer uniforms can be purchased through the Gym.
